Quotations and orders
Quotations remain subject to specification confirmation, availability, minimum order quantity, payment receipt and written order acceptance. Prices and lead times may change before confirmation.
Product specifications
Images are illustrative. Buyers must review descriptions, drawings, samples and application data before approval. Production tolerances, materials and finishes are governed by the confirmed commercial and technical documents.
Payments and taxes
Payment terms are stated in the proforma invoice or contract. Banking charges, duties, taxes and destination costs are allocated according to the agreed Incoterm.
Inspection and acceptance
Agreed inspection requirements must be communicated before order confirmation. Claims should be submitted promptly with invoice reference, photographs and supporting evidence.
Delivery and risk
Dispatch dates are good-faith estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Risk and title transfer according to the confirmed Incoterm and payment conditions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of affected goods. KrishnaCorp is not liable for indirect loss, labour, downtime, lost profits or improper installation or use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the seller’s registered place of business shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
